1. Acceptance
By registering and using CartaDigitalizada you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
CartaDigitalizada is a SaaS platform that allows restaurants and hospitality businesses to create and manage digital menus accessible via QR code.
3. User accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- One account corresponds to one restaurant. For multiple locations, contact us.
4. Plans and payments
- Prices are shown in euros and include VAT.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billed period.
- We do not issue refunds for partial periods.
5. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the service to:
- Publish illegal, offensive or misleading content.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts.
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform.
6. Intellectual property
The code, design and brand of CartaDigitalizada are our exclusive property. The content you publish on your menu (photos, descriptions, prices) is your property and you grant us a licence to display it in the service.
7. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.
8. Cancellation and deletion
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of any relevant changes. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
